Media Hosting allows you to upload your video reel, voice reel, audio and video clips, and send them with your resume and photos to anyone with an email address in seconds!
In order to add and play any media on your account, you must sign up for Media Hosting™, which is $4.95/mo.
You may log-in to your Casting Networks profile and click on "Account" at the top of the screen.
If you would like your media to be posted as your reel, it simply needs to be sent into our office.
There is a required instruction and release form that must be included:

There is a minimum In-House processing fee of $25.
Each piece of media that is to be uploaded In-House is worth $10, but all processing costs a minimum of $25.
If you are sending us 1 piece of media, the total cost will be $25.
If you are sending us 2 pieces of media, the total cost will be $25.
If you are sending us 3 pieces of media, the total cost will be $30.
If you are sending us 4 pieces of media, the total cost will be $40.

In-House Video Format Requirements
We accept reels and clips on DVDs. VHS, and mini-DV only.
Reels must be pre-edited. We are unable to edit clips together to create a reel.
*You will indicate how you'd like to have your media returned to you on the form you've downloaded and included with your package.
If you would like your materials returned to you, include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage OR add $3 to your media processing total, and we will send it back!
There is also the option to pick it up at one of our locations.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your materials are received for processing.

If dropping off media at one of our locations, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
If you are loading 4 minute clips onto specific credits or skills on your resume, you can upload the media yourself online.
Click on the Media Bin button in your Resume drop-down menu and follow the upload instructions.
Due to processing and bandwidth limitations of some older systems and slower connections, not all recipients will be able to play media.
